1998: DIGITAL MARKETING
Kenneth started his career in Montreal with a developer of Multiplayer Online Games, enterprise communication and security server software. As a marketing specialist, he implemented very successful digital marketing strategies such as SEO (Search Engine Optimization), online reviews, backlinks, and eWOM (e-word-of-mouth). The company experienced an exponential growth from 6 to 100 employees within 24 months. Kenneth was then promoted to the role of sales & marketing manager and under his leadership, sales increased by 400% during his tenure.
2004: PLUSH LIVING Los Angeles
Kenneth moved to Los Angeles USA in 2004 where he started Plush Living with his wife, a mid-century modern bed linen company. Plush Living had an award-winning showroom and was engaged in online retail, wholesale and custom design. Within 2 years, Plush Living became a Starwood Preferred Vendor and supplied W Hotels worldwide. Plush Living also supplied Boutique Hotel Kimpton and California Winery Clos Du Val. Other retailers include Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, and BO Concepts.

Kenneth represented a Chinese consortium in a consulting role to negotiate the purchase of Italian football team. Kenneth traveled to Milan as part of the negotiation team, completed the business planning and submitted a commercial proposal for the team's Asia expansion plan. The deal was finally awarded to another party which was the highest bidder.
2016: CLASSIC CAR AUCTION STARTUP
Kenneth successfully initiated Hong Kong's first classic and collectible car auction house. The 2 auction events were a luxurious and intimate gathering of enthusiasts, collectors, and friends for the appreciation and enjoyment of classic automobile collecting and investment. 15 rare classic & collectible cars were sold under the hammer, achieving 33% sold through rate.
Press coverage on major newspaper and magazine achieved a combined media value of over $10M. A total attendances of 1000 guests and 300% increase in attendance from show to show.
Another major highlight was the development of Hong Kong's First Live Auction Display & Live Online Bidding Platform (APP + WEB) that was featured on Apple Mobility Partner website and successfully sold cars at its launch.
2017: PARETO PRINCIPAL
The thirst for challenges has prompted Kenneth to start a strategic marketing agency, Pareto Principal. Leveraging serial entrepreneurial and corporate experience in multiple countries, Kenneth and his team are ready to help clients achieve results and increase revenue using integrated marketing strategies.
